SkeeRide 1 Build Kits

Get your winter off to the right start with our RCPrinter build kits for the SkeeRide 1 3D printable snowmobile. We have different kinds of kits to help you build your own 3D printable masterpiece including fasteners only kits, as well as kits that include bearings, servos and more!

Each Fastener Kit comes with a complete set of appropriate screws, washers and nuts for a SkeeRide 1 build with many extras included. All screws are stainless steel as the nature of a snowmobile means that it will likely come into contact with moisture. Most of the included screws are round head but we also include some countersunk screws for the front knuckles. All Skeeride 1 kits come the extra screws required to add the "Polar" (polaris) body panels version of the sled as well as the original body styling. 

Each Bearing Kit contains 10 high sped 10x15x4mm rubber sealed bearings (6700rs) with Z2 precision rating for low noise. The model requires 9 bearings but we include one extra bearing free of charge just-in-case. 

For kits that include a Servo we also include one 20KG Digital Servo (DS3218) with metal gears and an aluminum metal servo arm which is perfect for the Skeeride 1 model. Please note that you will need to trim off the small flange supports from any servo you ultimately use for this model because the servo is installed upside down.

Each kit that includes Motor+ESC will include one 540 Brushless Sensored 13.5T  Rocket V3 Motor by Surpass Hobby and one 120A Sensored Brushless ESC (10BL120) by Hobbywing. This motor and ESC combo meets the designers recommendations for this model and works well from our internal testing.

OUR KITS DO NOT COME WITH THE 3D PRINTED PLASTIC PARTS TO BUILD THE MODEL. YOU NEED TO 3D PRINT THOSE YOURSELF. OUR KITS ONLY COME WITH THE PARTS LISTED ABOVE TO ASSIST YOU IN YOUR BUILD AND OTHER PARTS WILL LIKELY BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE YOUR BUILD.
