Shipping policy

We ship domestically and internationally from Canada using Postal Mail, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order and displayed at checkout. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and tracking information will be provided once your package ships.

United States Customers
We now ship to the U.S. Delivered Duties Paid (DDP). This means duties and import taxes are collected at checkout, and shipments are sent with all required customs fees prepaid. Your package should not incur additional charges when it arrives in the U.S. If any unexpected import fees are assessed, please contact us at admin@rcprinter.com.

International Customers (outside the U.S. & Canada)
Import duties, taxes, and any additional customs fees are not collected by us at checkout (unless otherwise stated) and remain the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for details on potential import costs.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
