OpenRC F1 Build Kits

Here we have hardware and electronics build kits for the OpenRC F1 Car by Daniel Noree. The OpenRC F1 is the worlds MOST POPULAR 3d printed remote controlled car. It looks great and driving it is a tonne of fun.

Kits can come with screws and nuts only or you can add bearings and even an appropriately sized servo and motor. All fastener kits come with extra screws and nuts just-in-case. All hardware is 304 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. Sockets on all screws including countersunk and button head screws are hexagonal (hex). Each bearing kit contains 6 high speed sealed bearings with Z2 precision rating (for low noise). Kits with Servo include 1 Metal Gear 9g Micro Servo (MG90S) complete with servo arms and mounting hardware. Kits with Motor will also include a 35T Surpass hobby 540 size brushed motor and 60A ESC which is a great motor to use with this model.

Fastener Only Kits include the following M3 hardware:

23 - M3 Nuts (M6M DIN 934 M3 Nut)
31 - M3x8 Countersunk Screws (MF6S FZB M3X8)
1   - M3x10 Countersunk Screw (MF6S FZB M3X10)
3   - M3x12 Countersunk Screw (MF6S FZB M3X12)
3   - M3X8 Pan Head Screw (HSC FZB M3X8)

Kits with Bearings will also include:

2   - 6701 high speed bearings 12x18x4mm
4   - MR128 high speed bearings 8x12x3.5mm

Kits with Servo will also include

1   - Metal Gear 9g Micro Servo (MG90S)

Kits with 35T Motor+ESC will also include:

1 - Surpass Hobby 35T Brushed 540 size motor
1 - 60A Brushed ESC with XT60 plug
