Motor Mount

Ensure a rock-solid motor installation with this precision-cut aluminum motor plate. Unlike 3D-printed plastics, this 0.125" (3-3.175mm) laser-cut 6061 aluminum mount offers superior durability and heat resistance. The mount minimizes vibration, improves power transfer, and has had burrs removed for a smooth finish.

Driveshaft 1.0

Built for smooth and reliable power transmission, this 8mm 6061 aluminum driveshaft is designed to handle the high torque of RC snowmobiling. It measures 113.3mm in length and comes with pre-drilled M3 holes, matching the specifications of the Skeeride 2 build files.

Please note: The hole size and spacing match the 3D printed driveshaft file exactly. Depending on your pulley setup, you may need to modify your main pulley set screw location. We recommend filing a small flat spot on the shaft for the set screw to allow precise pulley positioning, rather than relying on the pre-drilled hole. This v1.0 driveshaft is made from 8mm aluminum bar stock, which does not have precision ground tolerances. Slight variation in diameter is normal, and light sanding may be required for proper fitment with bearings or pulleys. If adjustment is needed, placing the shaft in a drill chuck and sanding evenly is the easiest method.

Driveshaft 2.0

Our new driveshaft is a refined version of the original, now precision-machined from billet aluminum instead of standard bar stock for improved accuracy, consistency, and fitment. The shaft measures 133mm long with a 7.95mm OD and features a 12mm x 5mm machined face on one end for a secure and adjustable drive pulley fitment. The two M3 mounting holes feature a slight chamfer to help guide fastener installation.

Skid Rails (154, 165, 175)

Stronger than printed alternatives, these aluminum skid rails prevent common failures in rails from printers with smaller print volumes. Cut from 0.19" (4.8-5mm) 6061 aluminum, these beefy rails provide exceptional durability. Due to the laser cutting process, the 3mm screw holes may require light reaming with a 3mm (1/8") drill bit for a perfect fit. Each purchase includes two rails that have had manufacturing burrs removed for a smooth finish. These rails are for the original Skeeride 2 version modeled after a Gen5 Skidoo and will not fit the skid of the Polar version.
