Casadio Paj3ro Build Kits

Hardware Kit for the Casadio Paj3ro, a fully 3D-printed 4×4 RC trail truck inspired by the iconic Mitsubishi Pajero. This replica project includes a working 4×4 powertrain with open differentials, 4-link suspension, and even 3D-printed shocks — all designed to make an impressive off-road model once printed and assembled!

This hardware kit provides many of the essential non-printed components you’ll need to complete the build according to the designer’s detailed instructions.

Included in each Hardware Kit is:

• Approximately 900 metric fasteners, with extras for every size so you’re never short. All screws are 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. Socket heads are hexagonal, and all threads match the designer’s machine-thread specifications.
  
• Bearings:
  
  • 30 rubber-sealed high-speed 10×15×4 mm bearings (6700RS) with Z2 precision rating for low noise.
    
  • 7 steel-sealed 3×6×2.5 mm bearings (MR63ZZ).
    
• 4 steel springs (50×16×1.2 mm) for assembling the printed shocks.
  
• Metal motor flange for 3.17 mm shafts.
