Casadio MOG Build Kits

Build Kits for the Casadio MOG, one of the largest 3D-printed RC vehicle projects ever created, inspired by the Mercedes Unimog platform. The full build includes more than 582 printed parts and over 101 individual print files, and can be assembled in either a 4×4 or 6×6 configuration. Get settled in and enjoy this lengthy build!

This hardware kit provides many of the non-printed hardware components required to complete the build according to the designer’s instructions.

Included in each Hardware Kit is:

• Approximately 2,000 metric fasteners, with extras for every size so you’re never short. All screws are 304 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. Socket heads are hexagonal, and all threads match the designer’s machine-thread specifications. Fastener counts are the same for both 4×4 and 6×6 versions as they have not been differentiated by the designer at time of kit creation.
• Bearings:
  • 50 (4×4) or 70 (6×6) rubber-sealed high-speed 10×15×4 mm bearings (6700RS) with Z2 precision rating for low noise.
  • 11 steel-sealed 3×6×2.5 mm bearings (MR63ZZ) used in both versions.
• Six large steel springs (50×30×2 mm) for assembling the printed shocks.
• Metal motor flange for 3.17 mm shafts.
