Casadio 3ronco Build Kits

Build Kits for the Casadio 3ronco, the world’s first fully 3D-printable remote-controlled replica of the modern Ford Bronco. Designed for off-road realism and mechanical precision, this RC model features all-wheel drive, functional differentials, articulated suspension with 3D-printed shocks, and multi-link steering—delivering both performance and authenticity in a fully printable package.

 We have various different build kits available including: 

• Hardware Kit
  
• Hardware/Servo Kit
  
• Hardware/Servo/Motor(+ESC) Kit

Kits include necessary parts for the model according to the designers instructions.

Each Hardware Kit contains over 1000 metric fastener parts with extras for every size so you don't need to worry about being left short. All M2 and M3 screws are 304 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. Sockets on all screws are hexagonal and all threads are standard machine threads as per the designer's build guide. 

For bearings the "Hardware" kit contains 30 high speed 10x15x4mm rubber sealed bearings (6700RS) with Z2 precision rating for low noise, and 7 steel sealed 3x6x2.5mm bearings (MR63ZZ). The 3ronco model only requires 29 x 6700rs and 6 x MR63 bearings but an extra bearing of each size is included just in case. The "Hardware" kit also contains 4 springs (50x16x1.2mm) to build the 3D printed shocks AND the required metal 3.17mm motor flange (*updated May 14th 2025).

For kits that include a Servo we also include one 20KG Digital Servo (DS3218) with metal gears and an aluminum metal servo arm which is perfect for the Impr3za.

Each kit that includes Motor(+ESC) will include one Hobbywing QuicRun Fusion SE 1200KV motor with built in ESC. This is the recommended motor/esc combination for the Casadio 3ronco.
