3DSets Mogster Build Kits

Build Kits for the 3DSets Mogster 4x4 Tipper and Mogster 6x6 Drop Side RC Trucks. Our Mogster kits include all of the fasteners required to build the Model 20 or 21 3D printable offroad vehicles. We have a couple of different build kits available including: 

• Hardware Kit 
• Electronics Kit
• Hardware and Electronics Kit

Kits include all necessary fasteners and or bearings for the model according to the designers build guide. 

Hardware Kit Includes:

The hardware kit includes extras for every type of screw/bearing required. The M2 screws in our 3DSets RC kits are black class 12.9 steel as they are used mostly for the attachment of body parts and they blend well with the design. All m3 screws which are used mostly for the chassis and suspension are 304 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. Sockets on all screws including button head (round/pan), countersunk and socket (cylindrical) screws are hexagonal.

The bearings in our hardware kit are high speed 10x15x4mm rubber sealed bearings (6700rs) with Z2 precision rating for low noise. The belts in our hardware kit are the appropriate HTD 144-3M-06 Belts (144mm long, 3mm teeth distance, 6mm wide) for the model. Belts are constructed out of Neoprene rubber with a fiberglass core.

The Hardware Kit does not include everything required for the build such as Tires/Shocks/Plastic.

Electronics Kit Includes:

1 - 20KG Digital Steering Servo (DS3218) 
1 - Hobbywing QuicRun Fusion SE 1200KV brushless drive motor with built in ESC
1 - 540 Motor heatsink with fan
1 - Metal Pinion gear, Mod 0.6 - 17 Teeth 
1 - Linear Actuator
1 - 30A DC ESC for Linear Actuator
1 - 10cm servo extension

The Electronics kit does not include everything required for the build such as Battery/Charger/Radio.
