3DSets Landy Build Kits

Build Kits for the 3DSets Landy 3D printed Land Rover RC Car. We have various different build kits available including: 

• Fastener Only Kit
• Fastener and Bearing Kit 
• Fastener/Bearing/Servo Kit
• Fastener/Bearing/Servo/Belts Kit
• Fastener/Bearing/Servo/Belts/Motor+ESC Kit

Kits include all necessary fasteners and or bearings for the model according to the designers build guide. Our Landy build kits contain all the screws and nuts to build any version of the 3DSets Landy that you would like including:

• Model 3: Landy 4x4 Pickup
• Model 4: Landy 4x4 Hardtop
• Model 5: Landy 4x4 Wagon
• Model 16: Landy 4x4 Winch Truck - NEW!

Our kits come with the extra screws required to build the belt or geared transmission and whichever Landy wheelset option you prefer.

Each Fastener Kit contains over 700 metric fastener parts with some extras for every type of screw required. The M2 screws in our 3DSets RC kits are black class 12.9 steel as they are used mostly for the attachment of body parts and they blend well with the design. All m3 screws which are used mostly for the chassis and suspension are 304 stainless steel for enhanced corrosion resistance. Sockets on all screws including button head (round/pan), countersunk and socket (cylindrical) screws are hexagonal.

Each Bearing Kit also contains 40 high speed 10x15x4mm rubber sealed bearings (6700rs) with Z2 precision rating for low noise. The kit requires a maximum of 38 bearings but we also include a couple of extra bearings free of charge.

For kits that include a Servo we also include one 20KG Digital Servo (DS3218) with metal gears and an aluminum metal servo arm which is perfect for the Landy models.

Each kit that includes Belts will also include 4 timing belts to fit the 3D Sets Landy brushless drivetrain. This includes 4 HTD 144-3M-06 Belts (144mm long, 3mm teeth distance, 6mm wide). Belts are constructed out of Neoprene rubber with a fiberglass core.

Each kit that includes Motor+ESC will include one C3530 1100KV Brushless Outrunner Motor by Surpass Hobby and one 16BL30 30A Brushless ESC by Hobbywing. This is the recommended brushless motor and ESC combination for the 3DSets Landy.

OUR KITS DO NOT COME WITH THE 3D PRINTED PLASTIC PARTS TO BUILD THE MODEL. YOU NEED TO 3D PRINT THOSE YOURSELF. OUR KITS ONLY COME WITH THE PARTS LISTED ABOVE TO ASSIST YOU IN YOUR BUILD AND OTHER PARTS WILL LIKELY BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE YOUR BUILD.
